A HEALTHY LIFE IS PRECIOUS (AND THIS IS HOW I KNOW…)

I’d like to think any fitness coach would understand the value of health and wellbeing.

But my backstory explains why I’m so passionate about helping you get fitter and stronger, with healthy habits that improve your day-to-day life.

A few years ago - I was only 24 - I was diagnosed with a brain tumour. Spoiler alert - I’m OK now - but it came as a huge shock to me, my family, my friends.

Nobody saw it coming. You don’t, do you?

After the surgery, the physio, all the recovery, I feel I’ve been given a second chance at life.

As far as I know, we only get one go at life. It’s our responsibility to do what we can to be physically healthy, fit, and strong.

As a qualified Personal Trainer, I know the science about exercise and nutrition for health and wellbeing.

And as a Psychology graduate, I know how achieving goals can do wonders for your confidence and self-belief.

I train people to be fit for life, not for a certain look or dress size. I’ll help you take control of your fitness and eating habits so you can feel amazing and do all the things that make you happy. 

You’ll see short-term success, and you’ll also get long-term benefits as you learn to be active, eat well, sleep better, and manage stress in ways that work for you.

When we work together, I combine training and nutrition that will work for you (regardless of trends or fads). What do you want to achieve? What does “healthy” look like for you? What are the mental barriers that have made fitness difficult in the past?

If you want to give me a title, I’m a “functional strength and fitness coach”, which just means I help you build total body strength (and a mindset to match) and apply it to your daily activities.
